The Free Yo Mind Workforce Workshop Series is a powerful, culturally responsive 1-hour weekly training designed to equip Black and Brown men with the professional, emotional, and communication skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce. Built with intention, respect, and real-life understanding, this program bridges the gap between untapped potential and real opportunity.

Through practical modules, hands-on coaching, and guided role-play scenarios, participants learn how to communicate confidently, present themselves professionally, excel in customer service roles, and navigate job interviews with clarity and strength.
