He is the Founder of Free Yo Mind, a groundbreaking movement dedicated to mental wellness, community healing, faith based empowerment, and practical support services for everyday people. Under Free Yo Mind, he created transformative programs such as Auntie Renee’s House, Picking Up the Pieces, Youth & Adult Wellness Workshops, Law Enforcement Empathy Training, and the Free Yo Mind Ministries, each designed to uplift, educate, and restore hope.

A master builder of brands, Richard also leads Straight To The Point Solutions, a business consulting and training company that empowers new entrepreneurs to operate with strategy, structure, and clarity. He has founded 7 Figure businesses and provided the template for 6 Figure award galas. Through workshops, retreats, franchise models, and hands-on development, he guides individuals into becoming confident business owners and effective leaders.
